WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT MULTIPLAY 360?
Setting up a trampoline park, climbing wall centre (or a similar facility) can be a complicated and daunting process for an owner. From securing the right property, to financial matters, staff training and much more. With this in mind, Multiplay have designed a 360° turnkey service that removes the headache from the process, giving you the freedom to focus on other aspects of the business, or to simply invest and sit back while your business makes money for you.
FINDING A PROPERTY
Multiplay have an in-house team of accredited property professionals who know the commercial property market well. We can find the best available property for you in the area which you’d like to be located. We will acquire the relevant demographic data to ensure that you’re positioned in the best place to reach your target audience.
Through our links with professionals in the industry, we maintain a growing list of available properties throughout the UK which are suitable sites for use as a trampoline park or an FEC/CEC. Some of these sites have already been granted planning permission for such usage.
Whether we’ve recommended one of our pre-selected sites or you’ve made your own choice, if planning permission is required, we’re well placed to handle the issue. We’ll do everything from researching the local authority’s views to briefing the local councillors.
If an application is at first unsuccessful, we’ll see if it’s worth using the appeal process to get the decision reversed – many successful applications are granted on appeal.
Don’t get embroiled in a drawn-out process of trying to secure finance for your project. We can get you a decision on finance in as little as 3 hours. Our finance partners are, of course, authorised and regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority. Established in 2007 and with extensive experience in financing in the leisure industry, you can rest assured that your finance arrangements will be in a safe pair of hands.

THE BUSINESS PLAN
One of the most important aspects of preparing to set up and operate an entertainment centre is the business plan. We can help you with this to ensure that you’re clear about all aspects of the business, and when you can expect your facility to become profitable. We’ll provide you with business planning and financial spreadsheet templates so that you can quickly get to grips with the scope of your project.
BUILDING & RENOVATION
Most properties require significant building work before they’re suitable to set up a trampoline park or FEC/CEC. It’s important that this work is done properly and with safety in mind. Rather than run the risk of choosing the wrong firm, let Multiplay take the strain.
We work with a team of builders who’ve done hundreds of commercial properties. We can guarantee that all work is carried out according to spec and that you get the maximum value for your spend.
As equipment manufacturers, we can guarantee some of the lowest prices in the UK. We’re able to do this because the cost of manufacturing at our factory in Alicante, Spain is significantly cheaper than it would be in the UK. We’ll plan, design, produce, install and maintain all of your equipment – just tell us what you want!
In addition to our own products and services, we’re also authorised distributors of a range of innovative products that will ensure that your facility will remain a constant draw for your visitors. We’re constantly on the look-out for products that will give you the option to upgrade your facility and keep it fresh and interesting. We’re currently focused on broadening our range of interactive products and exergames. Our aim is to offer our clients a single point of contact for all of the equipment that is installed in their facility.
STAFF RECRUITMENT & TRAINING
Why not allow Multiplay to recruit and train your staff? If you’re new to the industry, this could be a critical component to your business success. Spending time and resources finding and training staff can be a wasteful and demoralizing process. You can rest assured that we’ll train your staff to the highest operational and safety standards. Upon introduction, our first concern is trying to understand the client's vision and expectations. We can then use of expertise to enhance that vision and also try to predict any possible pitfalls. Budgets will be discussed at this stage and we're often in a position to point our clients in the direction of required services such as project finance or even help in finding a suitable location. Once a trust relationship is established, our clients feel confident to proceed with their consultation with a view to engaging our services.
Bespoke Design and Planning
Whether a client decides to proceed with us or not, our design services are typically offered at no cost and we're quite flexible with regard to the number of revisions that we can provide. For those clients who have chosen to contract with us, design modifications are never charged and revisions are not limited. We're happy to work with you until you're totally satisfied with the final drawings.
As the project begins to pick up speed, the first real challenges will come on the production side. This may be due to the physical constraints of the client's facility or the creation of some non-standard feature. Whatever the challenge, our team of engineers and designers are well equipped to solve the problem with minimal impact upon timescales and budgets. Whether we manufacture here in the UK or in our factory abroad, we maintain the same high quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Once the installation stage begins, the project is often at its most hectic. From managing the installation team, hiring heavy machinery, waste management, last minute supply side issues and more, it's possible to lose control of the project. Our experience really counts at this stage and we're proud of our reputation as being able to deliver large-scale projects to very tight timescales.
It's not possible to operate a facility without encountering some damage to equipment of even having to deal with general wear and tear. Aside from our generous warranty terms, we offer flexible and low cost repair and maintenance solutions when warranties expire. We're responsive and prepared to work during the hours when your facility is closed so as not to disrupt your business. Our goal is to keep your equipment safe and functional from the point of installation and well into the future.
